Founded by the multimedia journalist Eneas Neto, the record label Fiber Records has its priority focused in material that has never been released on CD format. Even not being exclusively an electronic music label, its intentions are turned to distinctive projects, which rescue the work of fundamental artists for the contemporary electronic scene.

Eneas, among other activities, was the responsible for the independent label Cri du Chat, considered the first label strictly dedicated to electronic music releases. This profile was followed on Zensor radio show, produced and presented by Eneas from 1990 on 97 FM (São Paulo) and since the last 10 years on FiberOnline and Fiber Interactive, his multimedia agency.
